3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 205 pub Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using aliases, shared addresses, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 205 pub support immediately. 205 pub is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.4 KYC Verification. 205 pub conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification (PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or accounts are fully verified.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 205 pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 205 pub does not accept wagers or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 205 pub currently supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. 4.3 Deposit Terms. Deposits are processed instantly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change. 205 pub does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 205 pub targets processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals; actual settlement times may vary due to payment provider processing schedules. 205 pub reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 205 pub is required by Philippine law to monitor transactions for unusual patterns and to report suspicious activities to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits that cannot be matched to legitimate gaming activity may be frozen pending investigation. Players must not use the 205 pub Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 205 pub are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, as detailed in the specific promotion's terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account under any name, device, address, or payment method that has already claimed a welcome bonus are not eligible to claim a further welcome bonus and must notify 205 pub support before claiming.
5.3 Abuse & Misuse. 205 pub actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between Players to exploit bonus structures, and use of automated betting scripts. Where abuse is identified, 205 pub reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close the account.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 205 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account before termination of the relevant offer remain subject to their original terms and conditions.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 205 pub Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the interface and the rules published by the game provider, the game provider's published rules shall prevail.
6.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during an active game round, 205 pub will attempt to reconstruct the outcome of the round using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account. 205 pub is not responsible for losses incurred due to Player-side connectivity issues.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, Player tier, and promotional status. 205 pub reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 Voided Wagers. 205 pub reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, on an event that has been incorrectly listed, at odds that are materially incorrect ("palpable error"), or in breach of any of these Terms. Voided wagers are returned to the Player's account without interest.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 205 pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 205 pub, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
10.2 205 pub's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 205 pub's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by 205 pub's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
205 pub processes your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the 205 pub Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.
205 pub implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 205 pub relating to gaming outcomes, bonus terms, or account decisions, you must first submit a formal complaint to 205 pub's customer support team and allow up to fourteen (14) calendar days for resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures.
13.3 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is the administrative location of PAGCOR's principal regulatory offices.
